USA vs Canada at CEIP Nuestra Señora del Rosario

Today we visited the students at CEIP Nuestra Señora del Rosario with our language assistants Steve Lehman and Vincent Vitulli. You know about the rivalry between USA and Canada? Well, the students played a game to show how much they know about these countries. The USA team won by the narrowest of margins. Congratulations to both teams!!!

Vincent Vitulli is from Montreal, Canada and he'll be helping the English teachers. I wish you all a fantastic "English-speaking" year!

Once more, the trip to Gibraltar is the perfect ending to a wonderful year. This time, the 2ESO students were able to practise their English as well as enjoy the many beautiful places the Rock offers: a guided tour around the mountain, visiting the apes' shelter, Europe Point, a cruise in the strait for dolphin watching, some shopping, for sure, St Michael's caves, and many more...

World Poetry Day

World Poetry Day is celebrated on 21 March, and was declared by UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) in 1999. At our school, we have celebrated this day with a public Reading, in Spanish, French and English. Here are some moments of the event:
